Columbia College–Rolla will celebrate its 15th anniversary Sept 23. College president, Dr. Gerald Brouder, Columbia College–Rolla director, Dr. Greg Stratman, and special guests will attend.

Columbia College will also make a major announcement about a development for the Columbia College – Rolla campus.

Established in 1992, Columbia College–Rolla was originally an extension of Columbia College–Fort Leonard Wood. The campus moved to its present location on North Bishop in 1995 when enrollments outpaced available space.

“We feel so fortunate to celebrate our history as a campus,” Stratman said. “But even more exciting is the generosity of a local philanthropist and what that gift will mean for Columbia College-Rolla.”

Stratman joined Columbia College as director of the Rolla campus in 2007. He has extensive primary, secondary and college-level experience. Stratman is also an active member of the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors and chairs the chamber’s education committee.
